A day at the Beach and Seaworld

Me, Eric, and a few of his buddies went down to the beach on Firday for some grilling and some fun. Eric's company had the day off Friday and luckily so did I :) We grilled hot dogs, burgers, chorizo, and steaks. We didn't get in the water because it was freezing but we all had a great time. My 1st California beach experience was a ton of fun and I hope we'll go again soon. Maybe next time we can go down to Del Mar and Take Kaydence to the dog beach :)
Eric and I decided to go to Seaworld on Saturday. It was so much fun and we got to see so many amazing and beautiful animals. It was about 80 degrees so the weather was perfect, plus we got in free because he's in the Military (I'm really enjoying these perks lol) 1st we went to the dolphin encounter and they were incredible. Next we went on a ride to the wild artic where we got to see penguins, polar bears, whales, and seals.
These little guys were hilarious. We got to watch them swim, slide on the ice, and fight for fish.

The Polar Bears really weren't all that exciting lol. Sure they were beautiful but, they pretty much just slept and played with some wood ;)

The Whales were one of my favorites. We got to watch them eat, play, and swim. They were AMAZING!

The seals were pretty funny. There was a field trip and we got to watch all of the little kids feed them. They would clap and yelp for food and the kids really loved it.

We also got to feed the Flamingos and the Bat Rays.

This is a picture of the flamingos fighting over some food lol.

And this is me feeding the Bat Rays. They felt really slimy lol and Eric wouldn't go anywhere near them haha.

Last but not least, We went to a Sea Lion show and it was histerical. They acted out A DAY AT SEAWORLD. Sadly, they made fun of the tourist and how excited they get when experiencing Seaworld lol but we didn't care, we had a great time.

After Seaworld we went to Chili's for some dinner (Thank you Mark and Lynda for the gift cards lol) and after that we went to see Hot Tub Time Machine. It was pretty funny. Not as great as everyone made it out to be but, we still enjoyed it. Then on the way home we stopped by Krispy Kreme and got some doughnuts to take home. They were amazing as always and now I feel like i need to run about 20 miles lol.

We had a blast this weekend and we can't wait to experience more of what California has to offer. We love and miss you all <3
